Digital Entertainment Solutions has been providing the Austin area with professional, custom home theater design and installation along with home audio/video distribution systems. We have been proudly providing these services since 1995.
Our business started out providing residential DirecTV sales and installations. We immediately looked for ways to differentiate our business from the many others that provided satellite installations. It wasn't long before our clients began inquiring about big screen televisions to take full advantage of the superior picture quality offered by DirecTV. We started offering a few Sony models and much of Toshiba's line at the time. Later, when DVD players were introduced, we began offering complete entertainment solutions. More often than not one of our installations of a DirecTV system, big screen television, DVD player and a Dolby Digital surround sound system. DES has grown and become one of Sony's Consumer Integrated Systems dealers. As such, we have access to Sony's complete line of consumer electronics including XBR, ES Audio, Cineza, Grand Wega and Qualia lines.
To set ourselves apart from the other companies offering similar products and services, we use only the finest products and strive to do the best work in Austin. We use Audio Quest speaker wire and bulk interconnect in new home prewires. We offer custom OnQ structured wiring solutions for voice, data, home networking, wireless internet access, DirecTV and/or cable TV distribution. And, true to our roots, we continue to offer upsized DirecTV dishes that are high definition capable and minimize rain fade.
DES is integrating some of Sony's cutting edge new products into our showroom including a system for whole house audio and video distribution that includes an RF touch panel remote, wall mounted touch panels in individual zones and hand held remotes for each zone.
